We will collect the following information when you complete any of our online forms.

  • Name and address

  • Other contact information including email address

  • Other information relevant to fostering and/or adopting a dog(s)

  • Information may be kept in hard copy in a locked filing cabinet and on a computer hard drive protected by suitable security software.
     

What we do with the information we gather
 

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.

  • To identify suitable foster or adoption dogs according to your requirements

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We have also designated one of our volunteers as a Data Protection Officer
